In english The Alchemy of Taste. We have learned which fruit either gives us life or takes it away. The aim of the project is to explore audiovisual language through light and sound to represent the process of alchemy in the kitchen and preserve the taste of food. This reflects the current reality regarding food, global warming and the lack of information on food self-sufficiency. It is important to transmit information. How many of us are in a position to have a garden? How many of us are familiar with seasonal foods...and how many of us know how to cook tastefully? Just these answers could help many people to have access to adequate and enjoyable nutrition.
